I wrote my thoughts in the epi. thread. But I LOVED the last 10 minutes. I hope that their is continuity in the premier, but don't want to get too excited since we all know how that goes! -- I have been trying not to read spoilers because they have left me disappointed all season ( or empty when there was no follow through). -- I think that staying away from the spoilers added a lot to my enjoyment of the final moments in this episode.

Here's to season 10!
 
Totally awesome job by Eva and David last night! Wow ... it's definitely going to be a long summer. :(

Talk about calm desperation once that car hit the water! Eva was perfect. And she looked beautiful ... but that's the norm for her.

David was also pitch perfect in his character's struggle to help Natalia after he was hit.

Like everyone else I really hope there is follow through that allows us to see the whole sequence of events AND the aftermath for our characters.

If season 10 stays on the course set by season 9 - it's gonna be another great season!

Waiting very impatiently for a summer that just started to be over already! :lol:
 
Completely agree with you, Michya! That ending was down-right amazing! I couldn't sleep last night because my mind wouldn't let go of it! lol.

I'm gonna attempt to survive this summer until premiere time again... but it's going to be super, flippin' hard.

Oh my Lordie! Poor Natalia!!!! :eek::eek:

*breath breath* Now that was an episode! Eva rocked it! She hit every emotion perfectly and made them beliavable! The way she wanted for the kids to stay with their dad (and even fought for them - go Nat! :thumbsup:) - it was very true to her caring nature.

I loved how she worried about Horatio while protecting him too. Profesional yet compassionate - only Natalia can pull both off. :)

Though I don't know if she can pull off an escape! :( When the episode started with the car going into the water, and you could see her struggling to get out and screaming I honestly think my heart lepped from my chest! :eek: The panic was radiating off her in waves - I doubt anyone who watched didn't feel it.

I've said it before and I've said it again, Eva is an amazing actress! And because of her kick-ass preformance, I'll be twiddling my chewed thumbs till the new season - waiting for some spoilers about our favorite, beautiful DNA girl :thumbsup:
 
It's maybe twice I can think of that this show has left me in an absolute "hoh-ma-god" state. The ending crushed me -- had my hands over my mouth & everything....thank god everyone else was sleeping & didn't witness my freak-out. :lol:

I was so not expecting to go underwater with Natalia, & that part just had me wide-eyed & shocked. The sounds she was making even after the screen went black.....what torture!! I really don't know what else to say except for that I want the season 10 premiere - NOW!!
 
Ok guys, oh man, I still can't get over the last scene and yes it keeps replaying in my mind. It literally scared me!! Kinda a very dark ending I would say.

Shock aside, yes Eva did a brilliant job conveying the panic and when she couldn't get a reception that was when my heart broke. :( To add even more shock, after the scene went black, we even got to hear her scream. Geez. :(

I second Season 10 premier NOW please!!! :scream:

Not that I'm against lyrics relating to Natalia (I love everything that relates to her ;)) - do you think we should get a discussion going?

We have seen alot of Nat this season (YAY!) - but what would you like to see next year?

1) Nick - of her actual marriage to him or maybe the attack that inspired the dream in Sleepless

2) Other parts of her past (maybe something relating to her FBI days? ;))

3) Connecting to a case/ playing a major role in a case.

4) A romance (with a certain Mr. Wolfe I hope :lol:)

5) Family (A visit from Anya again or maybe Christine? It'd be nice to see Natalia bond with her neices :))

Previously I had commented on wanting Natalia to have some sort of Nick-breakdown/closure, but at this point I'd really like to just see Natalia move on. She's been through a ton (especially the cliffhanger) so I'd hate to see her have to relive those moments with Nick ontop of it all.

I'm not feeling it anymore with the whole Nick storyline anyway. I feel he's better left in the past so that Natalia can fully move forward. IMO, it's just time to let it go. But first, I would like to see one thing to completely close the deal: her open up about it in a heart-to-heart conversation with a member of the team (my preference would be Horatio, & have a quiet/personal setting like the locker room, or office). If I had the choice, it would come into play in just one episode that centers on abuse, she relates to it, & at the end she shares the full story in an "I'm a survivor and I'm moving on" type of manner. ;)

I personally think ending this series without having Natalia begin a good relationship would rob her & us - so yes, I do want to see this. I also think it would be a very good way in showing that indeed she's over her past/Nick. Nat's had a rough life in the love department, & even in the workplace (with victims/criminals) her kindness is often taken for granted. She deserves better.

As for #5/family:
Really I don't care whether or not we ever meet Christin (e or a?) or see Anya again. I know they're there, & we've already been given enough impression that they're rather close. However, one little piece of info I would appreciate is knowing where her & her family are from.

I'd like to know what happened to Agent Mikey. Is he still in jail? Did he ever even go to jail? He was quite the jerk, I couldn't help but like thier interaction though.

Can't really think of anything else at the moment...except for that I want to see her rescued & alive in the premiere.

I have a Wish List thread over at her official forum, so I've stated a whole long list of what I want to see and more to come. Whether it is about Nick, her past FBI days, all I wish to see but realistically given the uncertainty of the remaining life of the show, some storylines have to be sacrificed. :(

Pertaining to the cliff hanger, I want to see her going through a recovery phase for at least half of the season and then later will be when she starts to move on towards happier days. Basically a follow through.
