Hmm what is he looking at
Greg looking at Nick notice how they have him standing back further to make him look shorter. I think they did that on purpose in this scene.

I remember reading an interview about Eric where he said he was really cold shooting this scene.

Probably has lifts in his shoes.

That or they were outside and he could have been standing on a higher piece of ground than Greg.
