Yes, it was very nice to see a bit more of him last night than in previous nights. It seems if Sara is not on, he is on more...or if they actually have two or more cases in one episode, he is on more. Glad he was working with Nick mostly too.
FYI, if you are on twitter, I noticed there is an obviously fake Eric Szmanda that goes by @RealEricSzmanda. I just don't understand why people try to impersonate celebrities. There is a real account but he only used it once, @Eric_Szmanda and this one was confirmed by Dita Von Teese way back when it came up.

Hopefully more than just that one scene talked about with her.
I really hope he has some reaction to Hodges saying Morgan is his girlfriend, unless he just doesn't hear about it. But if they don't I'd say they missed a prime opportunity.
What I thought of happening was DB once again talking to Morgan and referring to Greg as her boyfriend and Hodges' Mom overhearing and being like, "David, I thought you said Morgan is your girlfriend? Mr. Russell just referred to Greg as her boyfriend." But I still hate this whole "Hodges pretends Morgan is his girlfriend" storyline because it sounds like something that is more suited for a teen drama show than CSI.
I agree, it is a bit immature for a man his age to do that. I can also see your scenario playing out more realistically.

Scenes with Nadia, and what is up with all the interogation scenes this season? Not that I'm complaining, but it's just weird seeing so many
A couple of missed opportunities, wished we had seen him working with Ecklie and his reaction to Hodges/Morgan pretending to be a couple
