Ok, I figured I would post this b/c I just saw it over at TV Guide.com and in all honesty IDK WTF to think.......

Matt: If Calleigh intends to, I'd urge her to make quick with the Hallmark card. Because to hear Megalyn Echikunwoke (aka Dr. Tara Price) tell it in this video Q&A, Eric "has the hots" for the new lady coroner.

I honestly don't believe Megan E when she says that b/c Corey already told us that there would be nothing between them....maybe that is just how "she" reads into things...who know. But I will definately believe Corey over her unless I hear otherwise from Corey himself.

If it is true, another F*CKING traingle? Enough already with that stupid noise. That wouldn't be baby steps, that would be circling the wagons!! And totally undo all the progress they have made. Not only with E/C but with the writing in general.

I don't believe her. Another triangle would be just stupid and I don't see why would writers do something like that. The only thing they would achieve by doing that is chasing away all the viewers.

Exactly.....but just to ease my nerves, I emailed Corey and asked in so many words WTF is going on!! :lol:

I think that is just how Megan perceives it to be. I thought it interesting, unless they bring back it some other episode, that they cut out the scene where she pranks him and then asks him out for a drink. I thought that was interesting.

I must say I wouldn't be completely against the idea of someone being interesting in Eric so Calleigh could be jealous and finally act on her feelings. Of course, it would be better if that someone wasn't the part of the team.

I agree. I think to use that as a plot device to get Calleigh to admit her feelings would be a waste....that just means you could have skipped over anything and everything, other than her relationship with Jake (who was another plot device), and just did this.....no instead they decide to torture us for a year and a half and now this (if indeed it is true).

I doubt they will get to hold the baby. From the looks of it that is goig to be Horatio's moment of glory next week so they can show his softer side.

I saw a spoiler photo for the episode that showed Horatio in another moment of glory in which he is either rescuing the baby or giving the baby back to his mother. Do, do NOT get your hopes up for a cute scene with Eric, Calleigh, and the baby. Now, its entirely possible either one could mention, in passing, the desire to have kids, with the cute looks between them... but with this seeming to be all Ho, don't look for a baby scene with Eric and/or Calleigh. At least, don't get your hopes up.

Regarding Megan E's comments... take them with the same grain of salt we took Eva LaRue's comments in a pre-season interview in which she said there would be no Eric & Calleigh relationship (those weren't her exact words but she said something to that effect, something like on one would be getting any boyfriends/girlfriends). Megan may have been wishing what she said was true, or going off early script drafts of that episode that had her character asking Eric out for a beer, whatever... but as Corey said, the actors don't control the story lines, only the writers and/or producers. Really... I think the only people that want to see Eric hook up with her are those that don't want to see Calleigh with Eric.

I will believe it when I see it, and if I see it Dekolover you better tell Cory he may lose some fans because I don't think any of us are going to be happy. And believe me, I told him that if there were going to be another triangle fans would be pissed and how stupid it would be for them to do something like that. Ok, so I totally just sent a spite email to the guys who do the Mega Buzz every Weds at TVGuide.com telling them that before they answer a question such as the one posted, they should at least have all the facts.

Thanks so much delkolover, you know I was thinking the exact same thing about TVGuide after I saw the video. Plus, I think that the scenes the Megan was refering too were the ones with Delko asking Tara out for drinks, and the writers definitely cutted that out.

Actually the scene was supposed to be the other way around. She was supposed to be the one to ask him to go for a drink. But I definately think it was just what Megan was perceiving things to be....not actually what is happening. Which can happen considering the actors don't always know what is in store until they either get the script or are talked to by the writers.

Adam found out that Eric was going to be shot by Donahue, I think. And she said it in passing and then of course the script came out soon after. So the actors don't always know the "facts." When asked about what we see on screen they often go on what was filmed and read and their personal feelings on the subject.

Remember last year when Eva La Rue said she didn't there was anything between Eric and Calleigh but a mother hen relationship? Given how Calleigh's character looked after Eric like a mother hen after he was shot she probably perceived that that was how things would go.

However, you can't take that sort of thing (Megan's interview) as fact and answer a question like the one asked by guessing or using an opinion and turning it into something that is soooo far off and not true. People email them b/c are looking for spoilers which are based on some investigation, asking and fact. Not someone's quick witted reply, based on no fact at all, to a video.

I mean I know it is TV Guide but now how are we supposed to know that any spoiler they give us isn't made up? I probably won't be asking them any more questions anytime soon. I often have more info than they do which is usually evident when they answer my question with the same info I get from my spoiler site. Which means they really don't know anything.

The only thing in Megan's words were "has the hots" and a link to her interview....the rest is all their words....that is what I was ACTUALLY complaining about. They could have replied: "don't know, but something might be up considering Megan E's interview" and then give the link to the interview. They were the ones who chose to do the misleading lead in to the link as if what Megan was saying was fact and not conjecture on her part.

I hope they don't think they are actually doing journalism! :lol:

Anyway, back to E/C.....

This monday's ep looks like to it is going to be a very emotional rollercoaster....hoepfully that will work in our favorite couples favor!!

Anyway, Monday looks like a good episode, I am hoping for more C/E moments, kinda like the ones we had in CSI: My Nanny...with the kid discussion. (That made me smile)
