A former <I>CSI</I> actor could wind up back on TV screens this fall.<p>As CSI Files previously reported, <I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I> star <font color=yellow>Gary Dourdan</font> (Warrick Brown) was recently <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/news/290408_02.shtml">arrested</a> and <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/news/130508_01.shtml">charged</a> with drug possession. The actor <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/news/280508_02.shtml">pleaded guilty</a> at his arraignment and was able to avoid spending time in jail. Dourdan was ordered to complete a 16-class drug treatment program.<p>The <I>National Enquirer</I> has reported that Dourdan might be taking part in a different kind of program as well. Filming for the second season of the reality series <I>Celebrity Rehab with Dr Drew</I> started on Monday, and while a spokesperson for the show refused to confirm Dourdan's involvement, a source indicated that the actor would be taking part. "Gary knows he screwed up, but he wants to stay in the public eye," the source told the <I>Enquirer</I>. "He didn't think twice about doing the show. He's used to being on TV."<p>The program lasts 21 days and is lead by <font color=yellow>Dr Drew Pinsky</font>. Dourdan is rumored to be joining <font color=yellow>Rod Stewart</font>'s son <font color=yellow>Sean</font>, <I>Grease</I> star <font color=yellow>Jeff Conaway</font>, <font color=yellow>Tawny Kitaen</font> and <font color=yellow>Steve Adler</font>.
