When AMC bought the rights to the reruns, they also bought rights for up to two additional seasons (to run the repeats of them) should their be two additional seasons. No one is saying that they bought the rights to air two new seasons if CBS does not air them first. Though that could happen if CBS gives them the rights to that. As of right now they only have the rights to run seasons 11 and 12 episodes as repeats. But we don't yet know if we will get two more seasons. I hope we get at least one more season though. Personally, I'd rather AMC air new seasons because then we wouldn't have to deal with sports delays and whatnot. But there is no deal for that yet. AMC only has the rights to additional seasons as repeats, not as new episodes.
