I know that the writers wouldn't do this but I would love to have Danny and Lindsay have good old-fashion talk and just open up to each other.

Vex I totally agree, I would love to see something like that. I'm not sure the writers would do that though...while I would love to see it, it would be a fine line between a great scene and the possiblity of soap opera-ish, ya know. So yeah, if they could do the scene without making it a soap opera then I would LOVE to see it! :D

Ahhh...so good to be back. I was gone for a week and deprived of my computer...*sniffle*...Love the new thread name btw! ^_~
I would like to see the talk between the two of them as well, but not played up to much. It would be interesting to see if the writers could pull it off without making it "a soap opera" as Moriel said.
So does anyone know if the new season starts in August, or September?

I have some information about season 3 premire episode

Stella, Mac, and Lindsay are on a case involving a man who is interested in "bungee sex" and Danny and Hawkes are involved with a case that is about a young heiress and it's the introduction of a new detective name Jennifer Angelli. Episode is called "People with money"

Hello there everyone! *waves*
After lurking for a while, I decided to join. Woo-hoo!
Some of you might recongize me from either: A) LJ or B) FF.net (Yes, I have no motivation for changing usernames. Haha)

To continue: DL got me interested because they seem to have such (for lack of a better word) chemistry together. When you watch them look at each other, sometimes it's almost as if they are reading the other's mind.

Are they/aren't they? I'm slightly torn. On the one hand, I would love to see them be together, but after the whole GSR scene (talk about abrupt), I don't think I want another underlying relationship. I'd like it to start off with something quick and simple, at the end of an episode, like someone said. Something to get our shipper minds working. :)

Anyway, one thing is for sure: this ship is NOT sinking!

Okay Angsty twins after reading Vex's little season 3 spoiler...my angst radar started buzzing like none other! I realize there was nothing other then this in there...
and it's the introduction of a new detective name Jennifer Angelli.
But immediately all senses went on alert! I sense angst, possible triangle angst at that...hopefully it's just an over active fear of angst that is causing this, but I really don't want anything to rock our boat! Grrrrrr!
**Moriel sits wondering at the possible cruelty of TPTB and hoping for once they will develop a ship and not sink it before it really gets going, for that matter not sink it all!**

Sorry had to have my moment of cynicism...I think I need to go read some good D/L fluff to improve my mood and restore my eternal optimism!

Moriel---my 'fun' D/L friend. I now I'm late, but it was for a good cause. I've been busy betaing fics and hanging out at the Forum.

Starts tossing pies at *the angst twins*---NO messing with Moriel! Hey, there's nothing wrong with a little angst---but fun is better... ;)

Is anyone else worried about this new detective or is it just me and my overly sensitive angst meter? If so...then my bad and I'll go be anxious in the corner!

**Ducking back into the corner, realizing she is entirely too attatched to these characters, but unable to help it at the moment!**

Haha. I never meant that anyone said we were sinking, but I know that this is one of the CSI ships that I can't see sinking. Sadly, my GC and Snickers ship seemed to get some water in it after the LV finale, but who knows, maybe the water will go down.

But yeah, DL lovin' is something I think the producers are really into. I think Danny and Lindsay are the first real, solid characters that they have built up to create a relationship between.

I'm not gonna lie, but since it's a female detective, that has me a tad worried. Never fear though! Maybe she'll hook up with a recovered Flack, eh? ;)

FINALLY got Chapter 9 done and posted.

If(When?) you review, please do it on the FanFiction review page - that way it gets emailed and I can read them all when I come back on Tuesday (considering this thread will be waaaaay in the future and I don't want to miss any reviews! I do have anonymous reviews enabled.
