Okay, I'll start it off.

I wonder if Nick filled in Sara, Greg and Morgan about the Seattle debacle that Finn told him in Homecoming?

As for this episode, not really caring much about Finn's past. I mean, there are ways to bring us up to speed on new characters without devoting episodes to them. That's how they did it with the other characters.

Do I like Finn more after this episode not particularly but if you like her then you will enjoy this one.Still wondering what her status is as she orders Greg and Doc around to do process the evidence the way she wants it done.Got the feeling that Doc has not really warmed up to her. Most of this episode centers around Finn and DB.No matter how he tries to control her he fails.Makes you really wonder why he hired her.The originals have barely any thing to do with Greg edging out Nick who does his bug thing and uses his knowledge of the law to help.Surprise ending to a serial killer but I wasn't shocked or surprised by his killer.Loved how Brass and Doc held firm and blocked Finn's participation after suspect was found dead and she hadn't been cleared yet.Need more of that.DB appears to be a wuss next to those two and allows her to control things instead of putting his foot down.

I thought did see Sara.

I am only half watching, the Finn focus just isn't my favorite. And I agree she's pushing it misbehaving like that.

Hm not quite as terrible as I thought it would be. Though I had really low expectations. Not my favorite, though certainly not my least fave of the season

I think I'd prefer the Finn and her ex over her and Monero

I did not know one could do that with a lock

Sara Brown! THE original Carly on General Hospital!

I too wonder why DB hired but as to why he didn't put his foot down,he'd be called out for being a hypocrite and rightfully so. He should have pulled himself off his son's case.

I agree DB needs to be more strict with her ! And I liked how Brass and Robbins handled her ;)
I like that episode (the case and Seattle views) but I still don't like Finn (but I still give her a chance as well)
I didn't like Catherine at the beginning of the series and now I miss her so much

I've got to be honest... I actually quite liked it.

Okay, it's not one I'd rewatch in a hurry but everything about this episode hinted it would be a rehash of "Cello and Goodbye" with Finn storming off like a maniac and bringing everyone down with it, and whereas Finn was clocking up her US Airways loyalty points and being a bit of a loose cannon, I feel they got it right this time.

Do I like Finn a bit better after this episode? Not really. She comes across as a pubescent teenager trapped in a 40-year old body and whilst I could have done without her hormonal behavior and bossiness throughout, what made me happy was how most of the other characters reacted. The thing which pissed me off most about the Ray Langston-era was that the writers made the other characters let Langston walk over them to make him seem almighty. Here, we had Doc ordering her out of autopsy, Brass preventing her entering the crime scene, Hodges ignoring her orders and Greg stating he's not her DNA tech, but he'll process the evidence for the team. I thought that was handled very, very well.

The first ten minutes were actually very, very good. I loved seeing DB and Finn processing the scene, I loved watching the fingerprints analysis, the bugs, everything about it was like the good old-school CSI. I did laugh quite a bit at "my body trumps your X-Files convention" and their improvised argument of being there.

Sadly it went a bit downhill when Seattle came in. I pretty much zoned out between all the scenes with Finn and her ex-hubby. But things got a little bit better when we were back in Vegas again and it was nice that the "obvious red herring" turned out to be the actual killer for once. I did immediately suspect the lawyer would somehow become involved at one point but it was good to not have a gimmicky "last person you'd expect" as the killer.

My biggest beef with the episode is probably the lack of everyone else in the episode. Nick and Sara have been pretty prevalent throughout the season but their screentime was still ridiculous. It would have worked better if they had all of the CSIs out processing the scene instead of DB, Finn and for some reason Hodges. Greg, Brass and Doc got okay amounts of time but other then that it was sadly another DB/Finn show which brought down the episode for me.

Speaking of DB, he was pretty useless in this one wasn't he? God knows why he bothered hiring Finn when he knew her to be a loose cannon and fracture the team he was brought in to repair. It's a shame because I really liked him last season but I haven't enjoyed his character as much this season.

Didn't like the ending much with the kiss. Isn't Finn dating Moreno or was that just a fling for her? I think that highlights her immature attitude and it almost sets up a return for him. The ex-hubby wasn't on as much as I thought he would be but I wouldn't want him back in a hurry.

Overall, I thought it was reasonably enjoyable. Nowhere near the top end of the spectrum but not quite the trainwreck I was expecting. A heck of a lot better than the basketball episode and I liked it more than the premiere but there have been much better episodes this season.
