Sid..I hope he'll make it. NY will lose many points if Sid leaves the show. Carrying on with Personal Foul, I would like to express my concern about the quality of the episode :lol: Usually when NY has a really good one like Admissions, they just tend to mess with the next one. From the spoilers I am not excited by any of the cases, but I'll wait for the episode to air before jumping to conclusions.

^I'm not all that excited about the cases either...I'm not even that excited about the DL scene. I am however quite interested to see what part Rikki is going to play in her return. Some anticipation, but more dread than anything else.
Admissions was a great episode and you're right, as with bad continuity the writers are famous for, they're not good at keeping their episodes on a rising slope either. *shrugs* who knows, we could be completely wrong. I just hope that whatever relationship drama may or may not happen, it doesn't overpower the cases.

Amen to that! I was thinking last weeks that lately, the forensics are put in the background in the show that it's all about that. Well, I could be wrong, but the only discussions the show woke up were based on relationships. I am aware of the fact that from the 14 million viewers (give or take) we (online posters) barely are 1%. And there are many people out there who watch the show and may have a completely different view.

i have a question about last spoilers for 5.02 episode
Spoilers said the whole team are going to be working in just ONE case (a big one). Stella and Danny are going to be in charge as far i understand (YAY!)
But why Mac wasn't mentioned? Is he going to leave to somewhere?. Because since it's just one case it's strange Mac isn't there
Could be possible he is going to take a new job?????? (I'm thinking about Gerrard

I've never gotten the impression that Stella has been jealous of any women Mac has been around/involved with. She was interested in Quinn, but I wouldn't say jealous. Mac and Stella have been friends and colleagues for years and have respect for each other. I think it would be a shame to reduce Stella to a woman who can't have a close male friend/colleague without falling for him and being jealous of his other relationships.

Was strange i was just watching Tv and there was a drama on called "Flood" (2nd part is tomorow night on ITV if any UK viewers interested) and it contained Jessalyn Gilsig.... was pretty surprised because it was a UK drama bout flooding of London but was almost wierd seeing her in a different show i kept going to my mum she's in NY. She was pretty good in it apart from her accent seemed to change a lot.

It's not a shame to fall in love with your colleague. It's complicated but not a shame. She cares for Danny but it's obvious to me she is not in love with him. I can't say the same about Mac.
Both are adults and single. It's not a sin to want a relationship between these two adults so beloved in my heart
I DO want to watch an adult relationship on this show after all the young soap opera ( i know you understand what i mean)
If writers didn't want us to have hopes regarding this relationship, why they kept giving us Smacked moments year after year?????? Why Season One was done like it was????????????
It would be easier to give Stella a long term relationship instead a row of lousy guys. Or give Mac another wife. So we, Smackers, wait. We have shown how faithful we were. So, after all this time we need a little more than a bone per season

I don't think Danny and Stella are going to necessarily be 'in charge' in 5.02--it's just that the first spoilers I saw had them working together, so if it had been a two case episode, we would have known who was paired up. When we got more spoilers, it became clear that they're all working together.
I didn't specifically mention Flack, Hawkes or Lindsay either, but I assumed it was understood that they were all there. Mac is the main character, we'd know about it if he was going anywhere.

Big surprise! Danny and Lindsay are not together at the game, but Danny and Flack are :wtf:...rest of the script seems pretty much the same with the bet and all...
Although I'm a bit dissappointed that there will be no D/L scene, on the other hand after their last scene together with Lindsay not even willing to watch "Jaws" with Danny it would be rather silly to have them suddenly going to a game together and appearing to be friends again. I'm pretty curious what else will perhaps be changed - Maybe Lindsay does end up in the wrong cab?
