Ok after I disscused this thread with BB she has to decided to scrap challenges!

We've decided that this threadwill purely be a place to post your Mac and Gary fan art in all medias: walls, banners, icons ETC. People will also be able to give requests :D

I hope that this has made it a little clearer:D

This is an oldie from me, but since it's a new thread with lot of new members, worth posting again. It's my personal favourite.

How do you make those animated icons?
i've tried before but...i mean, what programme do you use?

Lovely work guys. I will try and get around to making something one day.

Have you been over to the CSI NY Music icon challenge, I had thought of trying one for that but to many things going on at home. :( You guys should pop over and have a look.

I use Photoshop 6.0 and ImageReady 3.0. And making an animated icon isn't difficult at all. ;)

Elsie posted a link to a lovely tutorial she made over at The Fan Art Forum Guide (just scroll down). It is really great. I had never worked with ImageReady before but got a nice result nevertheless...

You should try it out! :)
