You can save it (and name it something different so people can't cheat by looking at the season and episode numbers in the name) then upload it to Photobucket and either add just the link or if the picture is small enough the link to this page. You'll know what I mean once you upload it to Photobucket. (If you don't have Photobucket I suggest registering for it because it's free and it's really something I guarantee you'll end up using a lot.)

As for sources, here's a few places you can find screen shots:

Meatball42, i'm sorry, but you probably should post other pic, cuz if you click on this pic there show up Random Scribblings gallery with pic, season (4) and eps name (Driven) ;) Next time save pic on your computer and then use photobucket ;)
 
Okay, how about CSI4evr posts while I try and figure out what a photobucket is. I'm more into the guessing than the posting:). Srry about the mess-up
 
Meatball, you just have to create an account on photobuket and after you save the picture on your computer, upload it to photobucket with another name [without the number and name of the episode] and then, just copy the link to here and it's done :)

:lol: Meatball, go HERE and register, the way you would register for any other website. You know how to save a picture to your computer right? Right click, save picture as, and MAKE SURE you change the name so the episode and season isn't there and people can't cheat (like Orla and I said on the previous page). It'll come up already named something like, for example, 2.05. If someone decides to cheat they can easily see what the picture is named and say it's season 2, episode 5.

On Photobucket, once you upload the picture you saved on your computer, post the link that you'll find, here.

You really have to register for Photobucket before you'll realize what we're talking about, but once you do it should be really easy.
