CSI Files
Captain
Despite only being a rerun, last night's episode of CSI: Miami posted strong figures, and helped CBS again win the night.
"A Horrible Mind" averaged a 9.7/16 rating, according to figures published at Zap2it. This means approximately 9.7\% of American households with television sets were tuned into the show, while the episode was viewed by 16\% of households watching television at the time. These figures come from overnight ratings based on the top markets, and final ratings will be available next week.
This compares quite favourably to last week's 12.4/20 which was for an all new episode, 'Simple Man'. With these figures, CSI:M managed to retain its #1 position in the 10pm slot, beating Meet My Folks which gave a 7.3/12 to NBC, and Miracles on 4.4/7 for ABC.
For the evening CBS came first with an average of 9/4/15, ahead of NBC on 8.0/12, Fox on 5.5/8, ABC on 5.2/8, the WB on 3.9/6 and finally UPN on 3.0/4.
