Pusher tells me that this is the place to ask sweetly for an avatar? Is it like a Christmas list, and you just write what you want? I would like something of Sofia/Yelina, maybe from the last scene in Simple Man, because she is so beautiful there. Can it be animated?

I would love to help but I cannot find any caps from that epsiode. Do you have any or is there any others you have in mind?

Awesome icons everyone! Stef and Tati, I especially love yours, as always.

Stef, do you sharpen before or after you re-size? It may be my computer but they come out clearer when you sharpen before. Again, it probably is just my computer, but just afriendly tip if it's not.

i've done it both ways. half of them turn out clear and the other don't, half of the time they don't look like that until i leave photoshop. i can't seem to figure out whats makin it do that.

Try sharpening right after you crop it, and usually, with most screencaps, I sharpen it twice. Then I'll color, layer, and everything else. It might help. (Of course they're still GORGEOUS!) And try saving it to web, not just saving it, and as jpeg or png. As a saved for web file they're WAY smaller and eliminate the need for quality-reducing.
