If you find say a city scene and there are people sitting at a cafe or are way in the background, then yes that is fine as long as the buildings show up more.

There is still plenty of time to enter. Entries are due by Saturday April 11th @ 3 pm CST (GMT -6). I do not think I will have to extend as the entry period is quite generous. :)
