Option B so that it's fair and everyone is put agianst people in their current skill level.

kat, good job running the challenge so far ;) You're doing great!

Before I forget, I am also for option B, beginners and advanced category, because it's easier to vote, fair to everyone and I think it gives a better opportunity to new icon makers to participate.
