M.E. means Medical Examiner (I hope :p )
In this case - LV - it's for example Doc Robbins.

Okay, I am gonna enter something then for you. Next Tue I guess I can handle as deadline. :D Until today, I just had time for one challenge, so I picked my fav one: Wallpapers.
