I hope I got your instructions correct - here are the icons you requested:

I have also made 90x90pixel icons of these four, as requested. All are available here

Just one thing: Could you make the animated ones a bit slower? If it's possible? That's all I would like to have changed!

I have slowed down the ani icons as requested:

This and the 90x90version are available here (same location as before).

It's a really easy change in Adobe ImageReady (a few button clicks) so if they are still a little fast then let me know.
