I find series' DVD sets to be pretty expensive, all of them. CSI has never been an exception. But raising the price?! Are you kidding me?! 
And especially for a shorter than usual season?! It makes no sense whatsoever.
If I ever buy DVDs, that'll be here, not in the USA, and I still have to wait a long time before they get here, but still they'll probably be as expensive. So I'm most likely not buying. I'd rather wait for the episodes to come on TV on reruns.
I think that to make-up for only 18 episodes they should throw really special extras. As mentioned, bloopers seem like the best idea to me. Everyone loves them, and I can't understand why CSI never uses anything of that sort.
