Thanks, Destiny. It's good to know that the local newspeople have parts in this ep. That's going to be interesting, and it will make it even more realistic.

I thought that the last episode "A Thousand Words" was very good. It was written by the Exec Producer Ed Bernero and he really got the show's format back on track with this ep. The script was solid, and I loved all the team character interaction, and Hotch's conversation with the Detective character. I thought Rossi calling Garcia "kitten" showed how comfortable he is with the team now. And it just sounded like a Rossi thing to say. I thought every character was well-characterized and true to their character in the ep. I was really worried there for awhile because to me the show was just not itself, but after this last ep, I am so totally looking forward to the next episodes because I think they're going to be great. And I think the finale will be one of the best ever.

You're welcome.

I think the show goes off course a bit to stay on course if that makes any sense lol. sometimes fans are drawn to the a lighter case to use seems way off course, and sucked in and will watch what we consider a normal episode. That and I think it helps the actors to, doing dark (as a couple called it) eps all the time, can be emotional, and emotionally, and mentally draining. So pop in the lighter forms of it, helps them and the writers to. Don't know this but it might be the case.

I know JM said once that before doing a scene they are laughing & joking, then they are all serious and putting their all into the scene, and then when they yell cut, they wait a minute or two and then go back to laughing and joking on the set, it relieves the tension and stress to get the scene, especially considering how many takes they might have to do on just that one.

So maybe the lighter (or what is considered no normal) is for their benefit and ours, they don't go boring, say you have three normal eps, and a light one, and so on. This like I mentioned can draw in more viewers, help the actors/writers and crew, keep the show fresh and at the sametime it just throws you a curveball. ;)

I wasn't really impressed by "A Thousand Words". There was a little profiling. I mean the case can be solved by CSI technique.

First they have the body with tattoos. So they will consult with a tattoo artist. Then, he notices the unusual tattoo that might be acquired from jail. They then search it on the database. That leads them with the list of 7 people, with the unsub being Robert from the nickname "Bob" who rented the space. Then check his visitor's log and lead to his wife and home address.

It has been a while that you liked a new episode Hstetlerfan and I definely agree that this was way better then the previous ones.Maybe the writers were writing the spinoff.

And I just can not imagine a musical on Criminal minds!!!

I clicked on one of your links, Destiny, and ended up over at youtube for the past three hours. Jeez, and I still need to go out and get some groceries. LOL.

Yeah, I know, electra. I'm so glad it looks like CM is back to its true form.

Geeno, I think they still need to work on getting the profiling back to being more psychological like how it was in the first two seasons, especially. I really like to hear all the profiling terminology used, and they don't seem to do enough of that now. But I thought things were much improved in this last episode compared to what we've been seeing.

I agree. I also like that episode but it just lacked the profiling which is what I really want on this show. Even the episode I also like "Mosley Lane" lacked profiling.

 so not sorry. ;) Don't feel bad though I was there for like six hours, between CM and NCIS.

Criminal Minds finale scoop, please! I love Tim Curry. What role will he be playing? Good or bad? — JC

ADAM:
Oh, he's definitely bad. Curry plays serial killer Billy Flynn, who preys on his victims in the dark. The team catches up to him in Los Angeles when a series of rolling blackouts nudge him back into action. Co-executive producer Erica Messer says the finale is "the scariest one we've ever done," thanks in no small part to Curry's creeptastic performance. Bonus: Thanks to a cliff-hanger, Curry will be back in the Season 6 premiere.

:sigh: We're having a cliffhanger on this show too? I swear all my shows are trying to drive me nuts this season.

 I am sure they do that on purpose, err I mean... no I do mean on purpose. :D

Found this on AJ's Tweet: "Just finished looping the season 5 finale.I hope you all enjoy it.tonights episode we go to Alaska.we get to be casual!Jeans for everyone!!!"

~ She would be okay, except she’s on CM. So she’s dead.
~ I find it amusing that it’s almost like JJ, Em, and Garcia have no female friends other than each other.
~ For the record: third time that Rossi was not in jeans. Unless I missed one in the episodes that I missed.
~ Nice plane, guys. *smirk*
~ Deputy Flack? Do you by chance have a cousin that lives in New York?
~ “The people around here? This is Alaska, man. They do what they want.” Hee.
~ The TV upstairs is a second or two ahead of mine, and my parents are also watching CM. This is kind of annoying.
~ HEE! Sleepover! Who gets the single room?
~ Garcia. Are you trying to give me a heart attack? I mean I know they can’t kill you, but for God’s sake.
~ PENELOPE GARCIA! When there is a psychopath on the loose, you DO NOT go chasing after creepy noises! Good Lord!
~ Oh. Oh poor Garcia. Even though I’m still mad at her.
~ JJ, go be motherly!JJ. I think we need some.
~ Approve of the use of “Emily” again, but I’m not really a fan of the outfit.
~ “Actually no. They don’t.” Dave’s a hunter, so he probably doesn’t appreciate the generalization.
~ “Reid. Reid.” Fail, Spencer.
~ “Penelope, you are-” “So ready to go home.” Aw. Garcia really doesn’t like when she has to go out in the field. I’m remembering the last finale, and I feel like she’s going to be completely against leaving her room soon. She didn’t exactly have a fun time last time, either.
~ Emily? Why aren’t you wearing gloves? I know that the blanket isn’t evidence, but there might be blood there. I wouldn’t really want to touch it.
~ When Rossi uses the word “son,” you’re in trouble.
~ Follow him, guys, because he’s going to go pummel someone.
~ Hotch doesn’t like abusers.
~ See, I wouldn’t really want to be running around the woods when there are pissed off people with guns. Even in a FBI vest.
~ “I’m pretty sure we do.” Heh. Win!
~ “You shot him.” “He’ll live.” I love when Rossi does stuff like that.
~ “Sucks, doesn’t it?” “What?” “Just knowing that we couldn’t have done any of this without you.” Aw.
~ Another aw.

Just what the world needs. Facebook stalkers meet Serial killers. Kinda reminds me of Revelations.
