Claire Forlani is the new detective!

Hey, that's an interesting theory there! :) In my case, I was kinda thinking they would pair her up with Flack instead. Ya know, life-after-near-death crisis and all that. (Eddie did say he wanted Flack to have a love interest on the show.)

And then, he comes to his senses and goes running to Danny.

Whaaaaaaat? :p
 
Kimmy, what were you thinking? Flack will never leave his kinka poodle. Never! :lol: As for Danny, he might fool around a bit with the new detective but we all know that Flack's the only one who owns him :D :devil:

Wow! I think she's going to be a great addition to the show. She seems wonderful. A very nice and welcome change to show.

I watched MJB last week, thinking she's very beautiful. I'm curious to see her in CSI:NY :)
But Claire: stay away from Danny!!! He's mine...or Flack's... :lol:
 
That's what I said, Nim. Why not Hawkes indeed. Actually, I think Claire's character and Hawkes would make an interesting couple. They could do.. whatever it is intellectuals do on dates :p Does anybody know what the character's new name is going to be?

Believe me, miumiu, sinking with D/F ship isn't that bad. In fact, it's fantastic! :D
 
i'm definitely for hawkes having someone to flirt with. hawkes needs some lovin.

and i hope they let her keep the accent too. i haven't seen her in anything before, but sounds good.
 
I'm hoping they will allow her to keep her Brit accent too, otherwise there will be the obvious comparisons to she and Louise Lombard, why two Brit actresses and neither gets to be a British detective on CSI, blah blah. Besides, there's nothing like showing up Jayne in the lab. Hee. :D
 
I've seen a couple of her movies. She seems shy (at least in the movies) it will be interesting to see her play someone that needs to be more aggressive. ;)
 
Yeah, it would be nice if her character had the hots for Hawkes. He's probably feeling pretty left out in the romance/love intrest department.
 
She seems like a good addition to the show and I hope they let her keep the Brit accent but not play the Brit in NY too much.

It time Hawkes had his share in the love interest department.
 
I'm so excited! She's got such great talent that her character is going to own this role.

I would love to see how she interacts with everyone. Somehow or another, I want her to interact with Hawkes because I can see these two getting really close for some strange reason.

Don't ask why. Please.
