Challenge #12: Welcome to General TV & Media
Specific Rules:
- Animation is allowed
- Size should be around 220x75. It doesn't have to be exactly this size...just not to big so that it causes issues for dial up users.
-Have it be playful and comfortable (ie homey).
-Kind of colorful (Not Vegas Neon!)
-Remember GTV&M represents all networks, shows, news, celebs, RIP, Awards, etc. passionate fans who love their shows.
- Use your imagination!

[1] Entries will be due Friday, November 20th.
[2] Anyone and Everyone is welcome to enter! You may enter only one banner.
[3] Please PM your entries to me, CSI_Kat. Please include the challenge name/number in the subject line. If you are unable to send a PM, you may send me an email (the address is in my profile), but please let me know if you do so.
[4] This is an anonymous challenge. That means you may not post your entry anywhere until the challenge is over, if you do you will be disqualified.
[5] As always, and most importantly, Be Creative and Have Fun!
