yeah, Warrick's always there for Cath and once in season 7 when everybody was pissed off at her he was the only one who wasn't! He loves her and some day he's gonna realize it, too!

I think he already knows. I think that he figured it out in pisode 6x01 and just didn't know what to do about it. Now... he's just dealing with some past demons.

He knows he's in love with her though... and pretty soon they are both going to show the world just how much.
