On July 29th, Myself, 2 Aunts, Uncle, Dad and older Brother all attended the Lt Dan Band concert at Casino Rama in Orillia, Ontario Canada. It was amazing! They performed everything from Hendrix to Joplin. I, along with my Uncle and 2 Aunts were in the 14 row on the floor. My Dad and Brother were two rows behind us. I wore my CSI NY hat that I had purchased in NYC a few days earlier. Near the end of the concert, One of my aunts and I went up towards the stage and stood where Gary was shaking the hands of others fans (mostly women) I was in my wheelchair so I wasn't sure if he'd be able to reach me (the stage was high) he reached down and touched my hand....I nearly died and then he said "I like your hat!" I beamed with happiness. I told him that I liked his shirt but I wasn't sure he heard me over the screaming. He was wearing a CSI NY shirt. I also touched the hands of two of the singers Jeff and Gina. The whole concert was incredible and i am for sure going back next year, with more excitement in me then before... and a red rose for Gary!

My friend's brother met him while his band was in Iraq with the troops. He actually talked to him for a few minutes while he signed autographs. My friend's brother said he was one of the most down-to-earth, nice guys he's ever met - completely normal, and VERY supportive of our troops. In short? He rocks.

Good for you for having such a wonderful experience. Congrats!
