Teenage Thread 3- We Are the Tomorrow

My favorite video game series of all time would have to be the Jak and Daxter trilogy + the two spinoffs for the PlayStation 2. I was absolutely obsessed for the longest time. I've got all the games, the guides, the merch, etc.. Now I mainly write video game reviews for websites like IGN. I...

Teenage Thread 3- We Are the Tomorrow

The closest thing I have is a Sega Genesis, which I also play Sonic on, among other games. My old neighbor used to let us come over and play his Dreamcast, but then he took it with him to college.

    My house got burglarized! UGH!!!

I'm sorry to hear that happened to you. Will Microsoft send you a new 360? Smart move with the serial numbers, by the way. I never would have even thought of that.

Teenage Thread 3- We Are the Tomorrow

Ah, I see. My NES was an original. Died last summer right after I beat Super Mario Bros. for the last time. *bows head* Yes, I also enjoyed The Black Parade. I particularly liked "Famous Last Words", "DEAD!", and "Disenchanted".

DaWacko - [Moment of silence for SNES controller] I missed the GameCube Zelda games as well, but since the Wii is backwards compatible with the GameCube (score!) I'll hopefully be able to buy them soon. I've also been waiting for the original Zelda to come onto the Shop Channel so I can play...

Teenage Thread 3- We Are the Tomorrow

Well then...I like the idea of the patient, but I'm not sure he should have done that to his hair for that reason. Meh. Nice job scoring tickets to the Lostprophets. I'm listening to "Rooftops" as we speak, actually. If you like the Lostprophets, you should try Sugarcult. I was actually...

Teenage Thread 3- We Are the Tomorrow

Did I hear someone say hey have a working NES? Nice. Mine died awhile ago... [moment of silence] On the topic of My Chemical Romance, which happens to be my favorite band, I actually rather enjoyed The Black Parade. Although I absolutely adore Bullets and Three Cheers, I thought The Black...

Teenage Thread 3- We Are the Tomorrow

To say it's amazing would be the understatement of the year. So far I've been completely addicted to Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, which I think is the best in the LoZ series so far. Red Steel is also pretty fun, though I've had some issues with control. You see, the Wii-mote sensitivity...

Teenage Thread 3- We Are the Tomorrow

Hello... I'm 16 years old, and I live in Chicago. I'm an avid fan of video games (Wii and PlayStation 2 is life), tabletop Dungeons and Dragons, and classical music, so in general I'm a five-star dork. I'm also a techie for the school theater and spend most of my time with the Tech Crew...

    So...what's your secret?

Frank Warren actually just released the third book in the PostSecret series, if you're interested. He has a picture and a small advertisement at the bottom of the blog page.

    So...what's your secret?

Hello - Not so recently, I discovered a website that isn't nearly as popular as it should be...a little site by the name of PostSecret . Every Sunday at Post Secret, Frank, who began the blog-turned-phenom, posts a select few of the secrets he recieved the week before. But they aren't just...

Survival Of The Loners: Can You Make It On Your Own?

Surely it would be a difficult feat for one to live completely alone, but I think I may be one of those rare sociopathic people that, well, just doesn't like people in general. I suppose that's why I have chosen to converse with others on the internet more frequently than I do with people in...
