Up: Basically a four day weekend, got off for flooding on Friday and Labor Day on Monday Down: Ergh, searching for a college since the local community college doesn't have what I need. It's just time-intensive and you have to consider cost and all that. Psh :p

Just saw Akeelah and the Bee on DVD. It was a nice, family movie (PG). It's about a girl from a not-so-great neighborhood in LA making it to the national spelling bee and what happens w/ her along the way. It's sort-of predictable, but not so much that it ruins the movie. I love the scene...

Ebay has single eps for like a dollar but the full seasons are pricey. I'd just get a season pass on Tivo and invest in a DVD recorder. Or just ask for it for birthday/Christmas/whatever, that works too :D
