I think Garrard should just get suspended. Hell, if Mac can provoke a suspect into fighting without ANY consequences (I STILL hate that :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: ) Garrard should only face minor punishment for killing the rapist.

Meh, C. I ahted the assumptions that the vics DID commit the crimes. Maybe they did, maybe they didn't. And newsflash, it WAS self-defense. The guy maybe sleazy, but still... It got a bit convoluted too. It wasn't terrible, but nothing great.
