Eric/Greg Leggo Our Greggo Thread #13

Well, this wasn't the letter I wrote, but the following letter was printed in the new issue of TV Guide (Jan 26-Feb 8 issue): Lab Rat Thanks for the story on William Petersen, but why was every one of the CSI cast interviewed except Eric Szmanda ["Good-bye Grissom," 1/12]? TVG reply: We did...

    "One To Go" Discussion *SPOILERS*

Yes, it does matter to me. Greg usually gets short-shrifted on good scenes, and since it was Grissom who enabled him to leave the lab and become a CSI, I wanted to see some kind of acknowledgement from Grissom that Greg was doing a superb job. So yes, it did matter to me. I don't own a...

    "One To Go" Discussion *SPOILERS*

Here's an article from today's New York Times about CSI and William Petersen's exit: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/01/15/arts/television/15csi.html?th&emc=th

    "One To Go" Discussion *SPOILERS*

Puke. No, seriously, regarding the last scene - puke! :wtf: The episode was disappointing, and not just because of the end. I did like the walk-through scene that Grissom did, until of course he got to Costa Rica. I would have been totally content if all he did was admire the bugs and the...

Eric/Greg Leggo Our Greggo Thread #13

I couldn't find that particular promo, Wojo, and I looked through the spoiler thread. Can you give me the date that it was posted?

Eric/Greg Leggo Our Greggo Thread #13

Yes, that irritated me too, and it was glaringly obvious that Eric was ignored. Another thing that bothers me is that executive producer Carol Mendelsohn supposedly reads the CSI sites, and surely she must notice how much we discuss Eric and hope he gets bigger and better scripts. Is she so...

Eric/Greg Leggo Our Greggo Thread #13

I just fired off an e-mail to TV Guide to let them know how disappointed I, along with many other Eric fans, were in their decision to exclude Eric from their tribute to William Petersen in the new issue of TV Guide. I doubt it'll get printed in their "Inbox" section, but I feel better now that...

Helgenberger: The King Has Left The Building

It infuriates me that Eric was ignored in this interview.

    CSI:Magazine Awards

Best Season Six episode hands down (according to me ) was Gum Drops. Ironic that Grissom wasn't even that one, but that is one of the most memorable episodes ever made.

Season 9 *Spoiler Lab* Discussions P3

I hope that Greg also gets a few seconds of quality final good-bye time with Grissom before Grissom departs. I'll be so upset if he doesn't.

William/Grissom: The Hottness of Lucky #13

There's a picture of William Petersen attending a NHL game in Chicago on the CNN.com website. http://www.cnn.com/2009/SHOWBIZ/01/02/red.carpet.closeup/index.html

    "The Happy Place" Discussion *SPOILERS*

I must not be up on things because I thought that the next new episode was going to be on 8 Jan. Darn it!

Season 9 *Spoiler Lab* Discussions P2

Spoilers must be almost nonexistent if all we can talk about are where the actors are listed in the credits. Yep, I'm just as guilty, but oh boy, do I miss good spoilers! My kingdom for a spoiler!

    "19 Down..." Discussion *SPOILERS*

I feel like I was robbed. Unless we see Grissom tell Greg and Nick each individually good-bye like he did with Super Dave, Doc, Catherine, and even Wendy, I'll feel gypped. I hope he'll do so in the concluding episode. Otherwise, the episode would be good. I guess they'll stick Hodges...

    "19 Down..." Discussion *SPOILERS*

From Entertainment Weekly magazine: The exhaustion in the eyes of Gil Grissom - the bags under the bags - may be fine acting on the part of William Petersen, or it may reveal his true state as his character prepares to wrap up a nine-season run on CSI on Jan 15th. The series has been...

Season 9 *Spoiler Lab* Discussions P2

I really enjoy Laurence Fishburne's work, and look forward to see his character on the show. No one will ever replace Grissom. He's been so integral to the look and feel of the show. Fishburne's work will be his own; it will be a different look and spin, and I have confidence that he'll make...

    "Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda" Discussion *SPOILERS*

This was a really good episode, but it bothers me to see Hodges out doing all kinds of field work when he should be in the lab doing what DNA techs normally do. Hodges has even said he doesn't like doing that stuff because of the danger involved. Now they are having him doing things outside of...

    "Say Uncle" Discussion *SPOILERS*

So far the episode isn't rocking my world. Why is Hodges out in the field yet again?

"Leave Out All the Rest" Discussion *SPOILERS*

Sorry, but I happen to disagree that Nick was in the right. Yes, I'm quite aware that Nick is a level 3, just as I'm aware that Greg and Riley can joke AND work at the same time. No kidding? They were at a crime scene? I never ship. I was in no way shipping a Nick/Greg relationship...
