Made in Jersey totally bombed. I expect they'll end up moving NY back to 9 at some point--maybe swapping the two would be a good idea, if they don't yank Made in Jersey altogether.

I was just about to say the same thing about Danny being the one who wanted the name Lucy, not Lindsay. I remember that because at the time I thought it was definitely going to be Lucy, since Danny always seems to get his way. And sure enough... :lol: . That being said, I think seeing Lindsay...

NY's demo is lower than Miami's, but it also aired on Friday nights. At the end of the day, the network still needs shows to air on Fridays, and the combo of NY and Blue Bloods is a really good one.

Thought since the news is official, it should have its own thread! CSI: NY will be coming back for a ninth season! :D No word yet on how many episodes will be in that ninth season or the show's time slot, though presumably it will stay on Friday night. Here's the TV Line article about the...

Didn't expect that--wow! Sorry to see Miami go. :( Did it end on a cliffhanger this year? I missed the finale.

^LOL! :lol: I'm really surprised they decided to bring CSI: NY back over CSI: Miami. I always thought the latter did really well internationally, but I guess it must have been pretty darn expensive. Yay for CSI: NY! The show has cheated death twice now. :cool:

My guess about Danny and Lindsay's big announcement is that she's pregnant again. It leaves them in a shiny, happy place if it's the series finale, and if it's not they can just do a time jump or have her be pregnant at the lab again. Mac is probably my least favorite character on the show, so...
