I know CSI: NY and the NCIS shows are up on Fancast, and CBS.com, already. I think that they try to get the eps up ASAP. How long they stay up depends on the show. Some they yank after a week, others, like most of the CBS shows, stayed up untill very recently. Hopefully they'll get it up...
