This seems to be a recurring issue with CSI miami... They never really explain the status of Calleigh and Delko...and we're always left kinda like 'huh?" ... they go episodes without even mentioning it... then we're supposed to understand that they have or haven't been together for the past x...

oops sorry Finch I didn't notice you acknowledged that before... Unfortunately for me, by the time I realized what happened with the delay, CSI miami was already 20 minutes into it. (Was watching ABC lineup...and usually wait so I can fast forward commercials anyway)... I wish CBS would text...

Re: CSI miami wasn't on at 10 here Not sure why my thread was moved/merged since this has nothing to do with the new time-slot, but rather that it was apparently delayed... I didn't miss the episode because I was unaware of the new schedule... I missed it because of the stupid football game...

CSI miami wasn't on at 10 here :confused: I just went to play CSI miami, and what played back was some stupid DirectTV crap... (I guess it was 'under cover cop') -- Which was supposed to be on at 9... my DVR says 'CSI miami', my TV guide says 'CSI miami'.... I am so MAD! :scream: :scream:

I think that was just an abusive personality [Nick] victimizing a non-abusive personality [Natalia]... it's typical for an abusive person to be oblivious to his problem and to think it's everyone else who has the problem... Abusive husbands always blame the wife...or mentally manipulate the wife...

I wonder if that's where the name for that cartoon "Pinky and the Brain" came from...

I think her 'secret' is more just that she's very closed off.... It's probably connected to whatever her hearing loss/abuse connection is. Just something that she doesn't really talk about.. My only other thought...but I don't think CSI miami would delve into this kind of storyline with...

From everything I've been seeing/reading about this upcomming season, it seems Natalia will be more of a 'main' character than she has been in the past. (like the recap of the season showcased her storyline, the vote for the core moments featured her hearing loss, she's been central to a lot...

I sort of concur. I think I want to like him, more than I actually like him.. Adam Roriguez is adorable. He's been with the show from day 1, him an Horatio have a cute relationship... but TPTB don't utilize him to his fullest potential --- Additionally while season 8 saw more 'team'...

I wasn't talking about Adam at all... MY favorite characters (in case it isn't partially obvious my my name) are Natalia and Ryan. I also really enjoy Callie. I like Eric, but Eric and Calleigh's relationship isn't my fave. because it tends to take-over the show and therefore I don't get time...

I could care less... actually i am kind of happy because there were way too many cooks in the kitchen and my faves were being side lined

I think the signal jammer might lead to something... unless they just wanted to bring it up again so that we remembered what the f* was going on when Delko walked in on Natalia... but I'm hoping something more... PLEASE PLEASE give Natalia some consistently good stories!

^^ I interpretted the interaction between Cody and Natalia to just be Natalia being able to relate to an abuse victim. I thought she meant that she went through the same thing with Nick, covering for him being ashamed (all the normal motions of an abuse victim).

I've been thinking about how Natalia didn't go with them to drink at the end, and trying to gather how I felt about it, I thought she just wanted to not be involved with Delko...But then all of a sudden I was like she CAN'T GO!! Because either her hearing aid would get in the way of her being...
