I agree. I remember the line "Don't leave town" that she uttered - I forget the episode - making me cringe. The writers need to sort her out and develop some consistency, and play to Anna's strengths. I'm hopefully optimistic that they will do this and I will like Lindsay in season three. :)

It did feel like he underwent a minor personality change toward the end of season one, particularly in episodes such as Stealing Home. I like his bite. Quiet, rational Danny doesn't do much for me.

I like the character of Danny Messer, but I worry if the writers rely too much on him. I think there was a lot of 'Danny time' (although I wasn't really complaining) in season two and he was used to try to bring depth to Lindsay (IMO). I hope they strike more of a balance with other characters...
