Ooh, this is going to be tough :(

Least:
06: The colouring makes Lady H's skin tone look like she's ill. There's also not enough contrast in the background image. I couldn't tell what it was at first.
05: Too much contrast. There's a bit of a 'glare' in the middle, making it hard to see her face clearly in both images. Text is also hard to read.
03: It's a bit oversharpened.

Best:
08: Absolutely gorgeous. Love the way the colour of her eyes stands out.
07: Maybe not the best icon of the bunch, but the colouring is absolutely stunning, so you get my vote ;)

Least Quality
09 - Lady Heather on the right handed side is oversharpened and her shoulder distracts from the other pic
06 - the idea is nice, but with that cloudy-effect it is hard to really distinguish the upper part of the icon.
01 - somehow the text could have been placed and arranged in a more "special" way (the white background doesn't fit)

Best Quality
02 - great idea with the circle, it devides the icon into two parts without "splitting" it, if that makes sense. The two different fonts go well together and add a nice touch to the icon.
03 - the icon has something about it which I just like. It doesn't need fancy extras to catch your eye. The blending is excellent and the light effects (or what it might be) go very well with the icon.

least:
01 if I didn't know that it should be two Lady Heather on the icon I wouldn't see the other one in the background, it doesn't stand out
03 a little too blurry and grainy, although I like the idea of a "H" very much and the way too photos vere put together
05 too sharp (especially the one on the background), the text is melting with the pictures


best:
02 photo in that circle looks very cool! great idea
08 perfect colouring, nicely put together and that little brush at the bottom is just like the last touch

It's really getting more and more difficult :/

Least:
09 – not blended very well
05 – too much contrast
01 – the white part doesn’t really fit

Best:
02 – just awesome! :)
06 – contrary to the previous voters, I really like the idea and the text :)

5 - too much contrast, her left face it too bright, the writing is difficult to read
9 - a little grainy, too dark
7 - too orange, dark, blurry, contrast missing

Best:

2 - looks very good, like the effects on it
8 - two faces, one woman, only perfect together, love it

3 - too blurry and hard to see face on right

7 - very nice

5- It looks a little too sharpened and like there is too much contrast.
9- The crop and blending is a little off. Especially for the picture on the left side, her arm is "blended" off, so it looks a little unusual.
1- It's hard to see the second picture, in the background. Also, it looks grainy to me and the white part is odd.

01: the withe brush doesn't fit, hard to see the second pic
06: too blurry

04: I like the red thing at the corner
07: the coloring the brush and text is great

09- It's oversharpened and a little dark.
04- I do like this icon, I really do. But the text just ruins it for me. The coloring and everything is great, but the font doesn't go and the color is overwhelming.
06- I can't tell what's in the top of the icon, it's all blurry'.

Best:
08: This icon is gorgeous. The blending is amazing, the tiny text fits, and the coloring is great. It's incredible.
03: I can't describe it, I just really like everything about it. The 'H' is well placed, the blending seems effortless, and it's just all-around beautiful.

5 - Too much contrast and too bright
6 - Too convoluted which makes everything blurry
9 - The picture on the right is too dark, and the cropping on the left makes the whole icon look off off centered.
