Does anyone have a transcript of the Wowow interview, or a general summary of what it said?

Eh, he mostly talks about his character and how he would like Danny to be developed in later episodes / seasons, then he talks about Danny and Mac, him and Gary. Then he talks about his opinion / view of CSI:NY compared to the other two CSI shows ... and then, uhm, what he learned as an actor.

Not sure if I forgot anything. Most of the time I was cataloging all the faces he was making.

It's cute that he's still so excited to be working with Gary after all this time. Poor guy--I bet when he was talking about how he'd like to see Danny developed in later seasons, he didn't say, "I'd like to see him lose all self-respect while chasing a homely woman from Montana, and see that become his entire focus. I don't care if Louie, Tanglewood, or his shady past ever comes up again!" Yeeeaaaah, right.

I bet the faces were funny. The man is such a bundle of nervous energy!

he does seem very animated in public situations. Like his chat transcripts start on one subject and just end up somewhere completely different. Is that just Carmine, being Crmine or is it nerves and excitement.

Hey, I`m from Germany, Berlin (sorry for my English)...
I just came by with a little present. I hope you haven`t seen them yet...go to "Youtube" and type in "fallen arches" on the very first site you will find some clips with Carmine. Someone posted them because of Tamara Braun...to hell with her, we want to see Carmine, right? Hope y`all like them as much as I do....

LMAO! Poor guy had no idea what lay in store for Danny when he gave that interview. Welcome to the season of suckitude, Carmine, hope ya enjoyed it.

I'm still holding out faith that the writers will use the finale as an opportunity to remedy the many wrongs that have been committed against Danny this season. All it takes is one well-aimed bullet to bring us back to a place where Danny can be Danny again. ;)

I loved watching that interview though because Carmine is so incredibly animated when he talks. He burns more calories with his hands while answering a couple questions than some people burn on a treadmill in an hour.

True, true. At one point he's waving them around so much I'm amazed he doesn't take off...

MrsG I'll happy be the person aiming that bullet! *ponders now who could I be aiming at*

I'd love to see Carmine just take off in an interview! Hilarious!

Yeah, I'll bet that interview took place before he found out just what his character was going to have to deal with, eh? Imagine the disappointment. And hey! Didn't the TPTB say we'd have some enlightenment on Louie this season? So far, we've gotten nada.

Bwahahahah! Ah, darn it, now I keep thinking of Carmine as Peter Pan in some green spandex suit, flying around with ... happy dust. :p

Oh, hell, Kimmychu, that image is now set firmly in my brain for the rest of the day......giggle

Now that you've mentioned happydust Kimmy, maybe he'll sprinkle some on the continuity fairy and Louie will magically re-appear...

Quick question - did anyone see EXTRA on Wednesday? I've just seen an article about it doing a segment on the top 20 Hot Bachelors but it didn't list all those chosen. Adam Rodriguez was listed, as was Shemar Moore (Criminal Minds) and Michael Weatherly (NCIS). No Carmine, no Hill Harper from what I could see - anyone know if they were?

And if they weren't, why not?

^I'm sure someone around here would have seen something if Carmine or Hill had been on that list. Was it just of the top 20 TV or crime drama bachelors?

Yeah, I think at this point poor Louie remains firmly in limbo as far as this season is concerned.

That sounds like something straight out of Flack's fantasies--Danny dressed as Peter Pan.

That's what I thought but no one seems to have posted anything. It was just the top 20 bachelors, including musicians and a Nascar driver that I could see - not just TV personalities. I still think Carmine and Hill should have qualified!

Got a question:

What is Danny's specialty in the lab? In one magazine it listed him as "The sexy DNA tech", but I was thinking he was more a trace man. Any help is appreciated, as I need the info for something I'm working on.

Sam

I was also wondering what his speciality was, hell what all the CSI's specialise in!
I'm sure he's DNA or trace or ballistics. By the way what is ballisitcs?

I don't think they've ever really given him a speciality. We've seen him work trace, ballistics and DNA. Basically, he's a genius.

Ballistics has to do with the bullets and typing them with a specific gun.

Thanks. I checked all the regular places and they only have him listed as an investigator, so I guess that makes him a multi-disciplined kind of guy. At least if I list him as doing something, I probably won't be contradicting the show, then. ;)

I appreciate it.

Oh, while I'm on the subject:

I know that CSI (Las Vegas), and Miami both have definite disciplines listed for their staff, but I've never seen any for New York. I've come to the conclusion that Stella is a ballistics major, and Aiden was a forensic reconstruction artist. Does anyone know if I'm right, or if they even list areas of speciality for anyone on the New York team?

Thanks, again.

Sam
