Spoilers from vegaslights:

1016 - "Rest in Pieces" (AKA "Killer Genes")

~ Angelo Silva is buried alive outside of a cafe. Paramedics are immediately called to the scene and he is taken away. Walter and Horatio are the first responders, and while Walter is hopeful for a full recovery (the man is still alive) - Horatio says it's going to be a long road.

~ As the man is rushed to the hospital, he mutters a name: Chelsea. Chelsea was fighting her way through a troubled path of drugs and prostitution. This episode also reacquaints us with Esteban Navarro; Chelsea and Esteban had contact right before her death, and he may somehow be connected with burying Angelo.

~ Tripp and Eric get into some conflict over a suspect lineup. Eric believes their group of men is biased and will be questioned in court.

~ I see mentions of Calleigh, but nothing else as of yet.

Spoilers from vegaslights:

10.17 - At Risk

~ This is Adam Rodriguez's episode, which he wrote and will direct.

~ There's two cases, both connected to a Tennis Academy. One is the murder of Ross Higgins, a janitor; the other being the attempted murder of Coach Hopper. It's very much like the Penn-State scandal from last year. Several boys that were molested years ago resurface with motive to kill.

~ Not much case-wise. Samantha Owens and Tom Loman are in the episode. Horatio and Calleigh have a lot of scenes together as do Calleigh and Eric, and Calleigh and Natalia.

Some more spoilers:

~ Austin North from 9.22/10.01 is back. He now lives with Brenda and attends the tennis academy. Austin is delighted to see Calleigh, but she's concerned that the coach has gotten to Austin.

~ The janitor is killed by dogs and Ryan is the first on scene. One of the dogs lunges towards Ryan and he jumps on top of a car to escape the dog's bite. Walter rushes in shortly after.

From vegaslights:

Additional spoilers for 10.19 - "Fractured"

~ Calleigh checks to see if she is qualified to adopt Austin North. Her home study was favorable but an emergency causes her to postpone the meeting. Eric shows up later as her character witness.

~ Ryan is accused of murder. He was found passed out and he denies being drunk. Horatio has to process him.

~ The episode reminds me a lot of CSI's "For Gedda."

TV Guide scoop from kala79:

From TV Guide:

Anything good coming up with Callie and Delko on CSI: Miami? — Monica
ADAM: You bet! When Callie's plan to adopt Randy North's kids hits a snag in the final phase — the adoption agency isn't keen on turning the kids over to a single parent whose life is in danger so often — it will be Delko who comes to her rescue. Look for him to verbalize just how much he cares for Callie [sic] as he vows to the agency that Callie will not be alone in raising these children.

Ausiello scoop from CSI4evr:

Question: Got any scoop for CSI Miami? I’ll take whatever you can give me. —Mayra
Ausiello: Towards the very end of the season, Calleigh and Delko will not only start working cases together again (sorry, Walter!), they might inch closer to firming up another kind of partnership as well. “I like to think of us as the Downton Abbey of primetime television — like, ‘Will they or won’t they?’” series vet Emily Procter told TVLine during a set visit. “So yeah, we’re kind of smushing back together.” As for whether viewers will cheer on this development, Adam Rodriguez for one is hopeful. “We’ve been toying with it for so long that I can understand why some people might feel like they don’t want to be teased anymore,” he says, “but I’m excited about it.”
