Voting Rules: (Please read)

Good Examples:
34: Text is oddly placed
50: Icon is over sharpened

Poor Examples:
52: Tiny text/decorative brushes are unreadable (it's supposed to be that way)
96: I don't like the color/text/brush etc (personal preference)
There's a difference between "constructive criticism" and plain out rude remarks when it comes to voting for an icon, choose your wording carefully Remember to pm either me or one of the mods if you have any issue with voting

5: subject fades into background; not enough coloring
2: subject too faded; the blacks are too strong and overwhelm him, especially because his features are so light in comparison. He gets lost in the contrast.

Best:

3: Really love the crop. I also really like the way the maker brought out the blue in his eyes.
6: Nice coloring and interesting texture usage.

05: The background doesn't appear to blend very well with the subject, which could use a little more light and color (AJ looks a bit untouched).
03: The yellowing on the right side of his face seems to take away from the icon. Maybe using some more selective coloring/color balance (or similar) tools would help balance out the colors a bit more.

07: Great crop, and the colors complement each other.

2 - Background lighting blends in too much with the lightness of his face.

5: Could be a bit sharper, and the background could be cut out around him a bit more neatly. It also looks like there wasn't much done at all to him.
7: Too much saturation, his face is too yellow.

I might be missing something. It says use only images provided, but there aren't any. Is this where we pick our own song lyrics and they are in the icon but there is no picture?
