Please don't get discouraged, the LIMS is made to help, your icons do not have to be perfect by any means :thumbsup:

Update I have only received icons from 5 people so far! You have until Friday to get your icons in!

Still waiting on two people to send their icons! I will be putting up voting around 11pm gmt-4. I think I have given ample time this challenge and have even given out personal messages as reminders, please send in an entry/use a free pass or I will think that you have chosen to drop out.

I've noticed a few people have sent me a PM about if I have received the entries or not, if you guys check this post and pay attention to the marks by your names you would see that I have received entries from everyone except for 1 person. MISC LIMS 3 Challenge 1 Justin Bieber Voting!

Voting Rules: (Please read)
~ Absolutely anyone may vote! You don't have to be an 'expert' ;)
~ Vote for the Top 2 of least quality, and the Top 2 of best quality.
~ Votes for least quality Must have a reason, or they will not be counted. Reasons for both categories are highly encouraged, keep in mind that this is a great way to give feedback to help with what is good and what is bad about your icons, look at it as a wonderful way to get tips from others :)

(the following examples may have been "borrowed" from other sources)

Good Examples:
34: Text is oddly placed
50: Icon is over sharpened

Poor Examples:
52: Tiny text/decorative brushes are unreadable (it's supposed to be that way)
96: I don't like the color/text/brush etc (personal preference)
There's a difference between "constructive criticism" and plain out rude remarks when it comes to voting for an icon, choose your wording carefully ;) Remember to pm either me or one of the mods if you have any issue with voting

Best:
5 - Simple, effective coloring + strong crop
9- Interesting text usage and interesting crop

Least:
4- Textures overwhelm subject
11- Textures and coloring overwhelm subject, especially his face.
