Very good point. There has been a lot of growth in both their characters since Ray has come on board. I think that there is a mutual respect between the characters and that is nice to see on TV.

Her presence will definitely be missed; I think that if the powers to be want her to stay, then they will have to sweeten the pot. However, it really sounds like she's pretty much made up her mind.

Judging from the preview, there looked like a couple of Nick moments. Whenever I'm not crazy about an episode, I just dwell on the Nick moments. :drool: (I have this drooling problem; it happens when I talk about George/Nick!)

I think Nick would be an obvious choice. If you watch the first few seasons and compare it to now, it's so evident that he's grown a lot and would make a great supervisor. He's fair and he still has that empathy that we all know and love!

I agree...those are really great. George and Jorja (almost sounds like siblings) do a great job portraying that sibling closeness.
