I have way to many favorite Speed moments! This is one of my favorite one liners: Speed: I love hotel rooms - body fluids everywhere.
I like the one where they are collecting cell phones and the girl asks what she is suppose to do and Speedle say stop talking. It was in the episode where the bodyguard was gunned down at the concert.
Don't wanna say it but I've got to admit, I think when Speed died that was a real defining moment.... I didn't sleep that night, was so sad! Other than that there was one moment in an epi I can't quite remember... but Eric & he were dumpster diving on a floating garbage ferry & Eric finds a dead rat & says look what left your room... loved the look Speed gave Eric! :lol:
I love the whole episode Wannabe. I kinda like how at first he doesn't really like the kid (even though you can tell he's kind of amused) and by the end of the episode he cares about him a lot. That's a whole episode rather than a moment, but hey it was a Speed epi. :lol: And of course the line "You got tourettes or something?" as others have said. xD
Definitely the one in Spring Break when he's processing the crime scene and the guy comes up and says "Can you hurry it up? I've got a permit." Long story short, one of Speed's best lines--"A capital idea, my friend." My second favorite is in Innocent, when he's looking for the murdered porn star's dog Rufus and comes across her friend. Those two jerks start harassing her, and he says "How about I arrest you for interfering with an investigation and harassing this young lady?"
I love the episode Wannabe but the best one liner was in the episode where the prisoners escape by helicopter and that pedaphile kidnaps the little girl. Eric shows up late to the prison and Speed asks him why he was late. Eric says he was busy and Speed tells him he was busy with his left hand!!!! (sorry if it's a little raunchy, but it made me laugh like crazy!!!)
The 2nd on that Roscoe Trek is talking about is the 1st episode with Clavo Cruise where they murder the model as she is trying to get away and his brother thinks that he has out witted the police.
2.06 Hurricane Anthony Calleigh: "You know maybe not all bad." Speed. "I think the mob would disagree about 1.5 million times" Calleigh: .....Lengthy discription..... The look he gives Eric during her description.... and then.... Speed: "She's way too cheerful"
Aw, I miss Speed. Let's see, one of my favorite lines was from "Entrance Wound" (I think): "Never go naked on the hotel bedspread." I think the banter btw Speed and Delko was at it's best in "Blood Brothers" when they were talking about finding the owner of the yellow Lamborghini Diablo and Speed asks Delko if he still knows that girl from the DMV. Then Speed tries to get Delko on the phone with her and he's all "Then I'm going to have to listen to how I never call." Speed's reply is classic (I think it went something like this): "Eric, you've got to take them out for a meal once in a while. You have to cultivate things. You're better than that. I'm dialing." then he hands Delko the phone. I laughed so hard. Same ep when he and Delko are on the barge looking for the discarded airbag and he finds it, but has to yank hard to get it free. When it finally comes loose, it jerks him backward and he hits his back hard. He gets this pained look on his face and you can tell he's about to drop an f-bomb but it cuts to Delko. I love Ryan, but Speed was one-of-a-kind.
