Yes, There are really a lot to choose from. But one came to my mind almost immediately was when Warrick Brown died in Grissom's arm. That's one epic scene! And that really shows the real meaning of friendship.

Not easy to answer! I think it changes as my mood changes. :D

I'm known in "The Ward" for liking the ATM scene in "Dead Ringer" but I also love the end scene between Langston and Nicky (even though I still think it should have been Nick and Catherine!) in "Turn, Turn, Turn" - showed the toll the job could take on the CSI's.

Like Silkphoenix s said, there are too many to choose from, but Yes! the one moment that really sticks out
is Warrick dying in Grissom's arms. There is another one that comes to mind, and that's when Grissom
introduced Lady Heather to her Granddaughter at the end of the episode when Zoe Kessler was killed.

CSI loved to play with the feels in the old times, that is the reason why the show was soo good in his first 8-11 seasons, it feel sometimes too real, like the first serial killer of the show (not paul millander, the one that was a raper).

So whatever, they are a lot of moments but the mines are:

-When Grissom was a kind of teacher to Nick, Sara and Warrick, giving them lessons about all kind of rare stuff, they would later use in the series.

-See Greg become from a Lab Tech. to a CSI, a really good CSI.

-The serial killers (Paul Millander, The Blue Paint Killer, Miniature Killer) this episodes were great men, Nathe Haskell and Jared Brisco type of serial killers ruin it, but the original ones were "okay".

-That strange feel that you was in "Las Vegas", how you feel the sin from the casinos and the neighborhood, how good the writers catch that feel is what maked this series what it become.

-Every single beginning Grissom catch phrase, i love how before beginning the episode Grissom always say something so cool, funny and badass that it become trademark of this type of shows.

-Grissom/Nick/Warrick/Sara/Catherine/Brass, every single one of this characters were gold, we begin to loose every single one of them after season 8 and what can i say? after season 11 even Nick, Sara and Brass were not the same. But Grissom, Warrick, Nick and Sara are still my favorites.

-Warrick, i love Warrick is one of my favorite characters of this show, i know maybe is not the better one to love and care for, but before his dead and after his dead, this character become another trademark of CSI.

-The Cases, why not? the first 9 seasons had solid cases, later the 10-11 season had "okay" cases, after the 12 season we always had 1 case, we loose the concept of the Shifts that is what make CSI feel real (they have a limited time to do things) and this become more the case of the day type of show fighting to show something interesting. ยท

The first thing that came to mind when I thought favourite moments would be the early season one episode Blood Drops. I think it was one of the first episodes I watched, and I found the ending rather shocking.

I also like how you see Greg work from lab rat to CSI. I always thought that the writers made it look much more seamless. I think he was one of the characters that grew up so much on screen.

Yes, because sadly Greg never got the spotlight he deserves, later in the series he had a lot of screen time (from season 12 to 15 he steal almost all the screen time of every episode along with Morgan). So yes, it was sad, in this episode to dont see Greg have that good closure and be along with Morgan, he never talk or even see Grissom and Sara, even with Catherine he never get to talk.

So yes, Greg was a great, deal to the show, Greg is the only one the writers let grow, Nick at less at the end find his own way, the same with Sara.

My favorite scene was the breakfast they all had in the diner with Warrick just before was killed. It was a great family moment. It made Warrick's execution all the more shocking, so I try to focus on the good instead.

Brass had so many great moments. How I miss this character! I will always remember the bar scene where he was having drinks with Capt. Anne Kramer of LAPD. The exchanges taken place between two friends were simply awesome. Donna Murphy showed us what a fantastic performer she could be no matter what medium you put this lady in. Another favorite Brass moment was when he left a small teddy bear on the floor just outside Ellie's hotel room. It gets me every time I re-watch that episode. Just like how he can still get me when he talking about the danger of 'catching cold' and 'the danger of self-medicating' with Sara. Yes. I do miss Jim Brass. Very much.

Nick at the end of "Gum Drops" with the little girl.

YES the Brass moments were always good. He had the best quips and one-liners but I always appreciated how his character never reverted to being a dirty cop. His interactions with Lady Heather were gold.

Not sure if it counts as a "moment" but I always liked the Science Montages where there would be no dialogue but we'd get a glimpse of our CSIs in the lab, nerding out over some evidence or running a sample through the machines. It was cool to see them work the case without having to spell it out in words. Plus they always chose interesting tunes to play over these scenes.
