First day of filming is July 18. Pre-production on the episode started yesterday. Written by Chris Barbour and Don McGill, directed by Alec Smight.

Based on the title, it seems like it might also be D.B. heavy. I'm trying, but I can't bring myself to be all that excited about the premiere.


I would be glad that Sara's in the episode, but I have a strong feeling that she, Greg and Nick will be in the background, or just be underused somehow like last year's premiere.

Edgy and intimidating, he is Jake's brother, a man with sinister, twisted motives. Two years ago he was busted for solicitation and has since stepped up his game to include murder.

Kind, humble, soothing and reassuring. During a funeral service, this priest refers to the Book of Job as a biblical analogy and offers mourners a choice between hopelessness and faith.

according to the latest spoilers on CSIFiles, it seems like Teal Redmann doesn't want to return to the show, so maybe that won't be the case.....I guess that means....they might actually kill off Ellie :(:(:(; I really hope not though!!!

I read that, that's just so sad... But I wonder if the article talks about Teal Redman not returning in season 13 or 14 or both ? Maybe they'll manage to persuade her to come back for one episode ?
I would be disappointed if they decided to kill Ellie without seeing for a last time :( ...
 
Well...they've been known to change actresses for Ellie (and Lindsey) over the years, so it wouldn't necessarily mean the end of the character. :)

That is a really good point. Could very well happen. I agree though, Ellie deserves a proper send-off for Brass's sake. Not death :shifty:
 
I just want them to finish the Sara ship stuff already...preferably fixing GSR? I know, I'm repeating myself lol

Same. It's becoming too 'in the way'. It used to be this nice (for some :p) background thing that was there if you looked for it, but now it's this ongoing, monotonous story line.
