This is all sounding very promising! I was afraid they were just completely drop the gambling thing totally- but so glad they havent!!
Ive been off the grid abit recently, with a combo of illness and broken computers. But i am glad to finally be getting my Ryan fix again!

I was pleasantly surprised with the follow up on the gambling. Not only that it was bought up again, but that it was used in a positive way.The writers have been so much better this season with Ryan,I really want it to continue..
Solitaire, glad you are feeling better and hope your computer woes are solved.

Wanted to add,I also sent positive feedback to CBS. I believe we should keep doing this on a pretty regular basis to let TPTB know we do appreciate the much improved writing for Ryan this season. I try to do it either right after the show,or the next day.I also let them know what type of things we want to see and know about Ryan. For instance, I just want to know really, what is Ryan's CSI level? I don't know why I want to know,I just do.

It's nice to see hear you're feeling better Solitaire :)

I'm loving how we're getting little continuity tidbits for Ryan...there was the hand sanitizer scene for his OCD, the fortune telling scene that kinda referred to his cash troubles while between jobs, and now a reminder of his gambling storyline. I don't like the whole gambling thing, but if it results in more continuity then I'm all for it

It'd be great to learn what Ryan's CSI level is...last I hear he was Level 1, but surely he must have been promoted by now...although, getting fired and accused of murder probably set back his record a little bit :p I'd also like to see some reference to when he was a patrol officer...I don't know why, but so far its the closest to Ryan's past that we've gotten so far.

Top of my wishlist would be a special appearance from Ron though  Since I'm on a roll here I might as well send some suggestions and feedback to CBS. I'm really glad with how they've handled Ryan this season, and almost as glad about the lovely clothes they've been dressing him in

I'm not fond of the whole gambling thing either, but it was used in a positive way, which I did like.Anything positive concerning Ryan is a big plus with me.

He was cleared of murder,so that shouldn't set him back any. Enough time has passed from the time he was reinstated to have had at least one promotion.
and almost as glad about the lovely clothes they've been dressing him in
He has looked really good!

^ Thanks, both of you. (Hopefully my computer will hold out. My Mum's has already died a death in the past week, and so it would be bad luck if mine went too. Must be all of these pics of Jon killing them off! )

I also wasnt into the gambling storyline, but if they can keep the coninuity going like this, and add depth to his character then I am all for it.
Yes, it is a good idea to send the positive as well as negative stuff to cbs. (It is always good to get praise!)

How long did it take Greg in Vegas to go up a level? I know Ryan has been fired, but surely he should have been more than level 1 by then anyway.
And it would be nice to know if he ever finished that Masters he was supposed to be doing way back in season 3. There are so many things to explain about him, so many possibilities. They have barely scratched the surface. But they are definitely on the right track at the mo!

I believe in giving praise when it's desreved. I want TPTB and writers to know their efforts are appreciated and they are going in the right direction.

Greg moved up quickly(IMO) They never showed him getting his level 2 at all.I think it was last season he got his level 3.
I've always wanted to know if Ryan ever got his Master's degree also.
I've asked about his degree before(in a feedback email). I'll do it again soon.

oh hello everyone, i haven't been here almost eternity.
seems you had fun:guffaw:

i agree about white, he absolutely looks delicious in white/light, but also in every other colour too:lol:

after yesterday's journey (i already posted it on other site and one thread in this forum) and very promising commercial on tv i can't even sit still how i want to see tonight's episode. no idea but week seems so long, especially this week. and yesterday my friend told that on one other channel (from neighbour country she can watch) they're showing CSIM. i was like, come on i'm dying here to see Ryan/Jon but you can watch it right now when i have only Castle at moment.
and we're going to talk over phone during House and CSIM. sometimes i hate to share Ryan moments with someone else, but since last week when she told she liked Jesse and got few pics i don't mind.

yeah seems very drooly episode was sunday.
and looks like someone actually reads our thoughts:) that's good.

Although Jon is not in this clip, for those interested in Jon's movie Identical, below is another clip from the movie. It occurs just prior to Jon's scene that was posted previously.

This season has been better for this, that's for sure.

We need to see SOMETHING of Ryan's past. If I am not mistaken, Ryan is the only CSI who we haven't met a family member.. I am happy at this point that they stopped tinkering with his character!! Ryan is definitely Ryan again!!

about the lovely clothes they've been dressing him in

Outside of the first couple of seasons, I have liked most everything Ryan has worn (as I stated before the man could make a potato sack look good:lol:), but this year he has looked especially good. My favorite was the outfit in Sleepless in Miami!

^^ I loved 'Sleepless In Miami' s wardrobe as well, but... I can never complain about seeing more skin! Love the arm porn... and there has been a nice mix up of all sorts of hot clothing this season!!!

You're not mistaken MiamiWolfe,we haven't met any of Ryan's family. There has been mention only of an uncle and niece. We did see that picture of Jon's actual parents in "Time Bomb" so I doubt we will meet the parents, but there are other family members we could meet.
