I believe you should put this in the "New York Fanart Thread" and you'll have to put them in your own profile, after you make the adequate amount of posts.

As Teddy Bear Dr. said, the best place for this request would be the CSI: New York Icon Thread and the Signature Banner Thread.
Also, it is not possible for someone else to place an icon or banner in someone else's account. You'll have to do that yourself, but we'd be happy to give you step-by-step directions if you need them. In addition, you have to have been a member of TalkCSI for 2 weeks and have a minimum of 50 posts before you can have an avatar
