It's a version of Sundown by Elwood.

The song is Ain't No Sunshine When She's Gone originally by Bill Withers. It sounds like it could be him singing, but it's definitely an updated mix. Doesn't sound like the Lighthouse Family version which is the only other one I can think of. YouTube may be your friend here
