Cool to see Carmine on Criminal Minds! :D

Judging by the promo and the promo photos, he plays the unsub. What happened, Danny? I thought you were one of the good guys! ;)

I thinking about this black men in promo of 11x16 "Derek". Unsub is close person for Derek or I'm wrong?
Danny Glover is playing Derek's father. (Here's a news article.) His father is dead, so I'm assuming we're dealing with a hallucination...

Heading into the next few episodes...
Matthew Gray Gubler indicated that he was directing the exit of a main character, and the episode he directed is two episodes after this one, I believe. With what happens in this upcoming episode, it's starting to seem more and more likely that Derek is the one leaving. (I'll add that it also seems like they're setting it up for Savanna to be pregnant, which could push Derek to leave the BAU to focus on his family - no proof for this, though, it's just a thought.) That said, I think people haven't seen photos of MGG on set lately either, so who knows what's going to happen...

I could be wrong, I guess we'll see soon enough! I'll be sad if any of the main characters leave, but if anyone wants to go do other projects, I can't blame them. A show like Criminal Minds is established, and it's a steady paycheck assuming it keeps getting renewed, but at the same time it seems like a very demanding job! If someone is ready to leave, I respect that. :)
