Dear my, Ray will have a hard time anyway, what with starting as a CSI Level 1 and meeting a bunch of strange people ;) and you want to send him to Horatio???
IMO he should be given some time to get settled in his job but if TPTB are thinking of a crossover, then maybe they send some of the cast (but not really Ray) to NY - that hasn't been done before

I know, I read it over at Yahoo. I think Ray should stick to Vegas for now before he does crossover. No crossover, please, I don't like David Causco. I like CSI crossover WAT, I like Jack and Grissom in Part 2, Jack tried to figure it out how Grissom get other side the train.

I read over at IMdb, there was a hugs and tears, but Billy told Naren to edit it out. I guess we will have to wait when the DVD come out.

Well it's just talk right now is all.

Billy P wasn't big on cross overs with the other CSIs, maybe they are just happy LF is wiling to try, but why ask LF, he's the new guy on the show.

This had better not be the LF show!

Caruso just wants to cash in on Fishburn and his association with CSI. I hate CSI:Miami with a passion, its a really bad idea.

I honestly could not agree more! No offense to anyone, but I cannot stand Miami, simply because of Horatio. So, hearing this is quite disturbing. I never watch "Cross Jurisdictions" either because it didn't really incorporate the whole cast. Sure it showed them on the phone but that's not really good enough. As far as the WAt crossover, I enjoyed it, but not enough of the others in it, just Grissom.

NY would just be a better crossover in my opinion, just cause I can see the casts meshing together better, IMO.

Who knows? Maybe Caruso is talking out of his rear end:confused:. Who really knows whats in the works?

I love LF's character Langston, and I think he in no way compares to DC's Caine. But then again, all my opinion.

I think Langston is a great character who should stick around. If they move LF it will prove that all TPTB had in mind was driving ratings and numbers, and I will once again lose all faith in this show. Geez...

Schneider: Raring to Go
From this Week's TV Guide

The Dukes of Hazzard is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, and the show's 48-year old star John Schneider (Bo Duke) is still flashing his abs for a buck. He returns to Nip/Tuck this month as former porn star-turned producer Ram Peters and in February, appears on CSI as faded movie star Mickey Ross, who is suspected of killing his adulterous wife. Shades or Robert Blake? Probably, says John, although CSI producers "would never cop to that." John -- also appearing on in the upcoming final three episodes of Dirty Sexy Money as a crooked congressman "who would trade anything for power, including his wife"--tells me he's hitting the gym hard before shooting a CSI scene showing him clad only in a towel "splattered in brain matter." Tsk tsk. All these years later, still in trouble with the law since the day he was born.

I finally saw the promo with Nick thanking Grissom. It looked like it was in Grissom's office.

Speaking of offices, do you think Catherine will get Grissom's office now that she's supervisor? Or will she stay in hers with that weird bird portrait on the wall by the door?

For those who haven't seen it, it is now on CBS online...I cried, it was sad.

David Caruso tells E! News, "I talked to [Fishburne] the other night, and he's said he's open to [a crossover]." Adds Caruso, "I've been on all three CSIs, and I take that as a badge of honor. The [crossovers] really work, so I hope we get to do one."
Caruso just wants to cash in on Fishburn and his association with CSI. I hate CSI:Miami with a passion, its a really bad idea.
Actually he [Caruso] never said it was his idea, just that he liked the idea which isn't a bad thing, and it wouldn't only be Miami that would benefit from it but Vegas as well because you have to start and end in one of the two places. As to who would cash in if that were the case with Caruso then it could be considered the same case with LF (as well as any star from either show) not to mention the same could be said for NY if it were them and their actors such as Gary S. -- Needless to say after reading the article (and the part which I quoted above) it merely sounds like speculation at this point, they talked yipee doesn't make it so, they liked the idea good for them still don't make it so, in the end won't know unless or until it happens. Just saying... ;)

Yeah, they're just saying they're open to it and that it's possible. It doesn't mean it's gonna happen anytime soon, but possibly in the future. That could be a year or two from now (if LF is still on the show by then). Actually, about the Crossover, I'd much rather Ryan (and maybe Calleigh, Valera and Jake) go to Vegas than the other way around.

As for John Schneider being on CSI Vegas, yay! I'm glad to hear that. He's already been on an ep of Miami. He was the guilty party in the Miami ep if I recall. But, it sounds like in the Vegas ep that he may be more of the red herring type of character. I guess we'll have to wait and see later.

Catherine will probably get Grissom's office, because if I remember correctly, she shares hers with the dayshift supervisor (the one who has the obsession with water fowl).

And hopefully Miss Piggy will stay behind - it was Gil's gift to Catherine, so maybe we'll see it in her office!

John Schneider being on CSI is more interesting than the crossover talk, which now that I think about it is not likely to happen this season, if it happens at all.

I can see Catherine getting Grissom's office, or at least I hope she does.

From EW.com and Ausiello Files
Question: Any scoop on Grissom's last episode of CSI? -- Nicole
Ausiello:
Just a tip: Set your DVR to record a few minutes past 10 pm on Jan. 15, just as a precaution. You do not want to miss the final scene. Trust me. Also, you'll want to pick up a copy of the new EW when it goes on sale this Friday. I think you'll fancy the cover subject.

I had a feeling EW would do a feature on his leaving too. I can't wait to get my copy.
