I think a lot of people stopped watching because of the time slot. CBS should have left at 9 pm.

I think more are using dvrs, iTunes, or some other method to watch with the later slot

A repeat of Maid Man brought in 7.4 million viewers and finished second with a 1.5 rating among adults 18-49

The new episode of yesterday brought 11.44 millions viewers and finished first ! Not too bad

Yes Shue will be introduiced and if you think about all the results of this year, with 11.44, CSI remains stable and it is still not too bad for that hour

If the ratings for each episode keep dropping below 10 million viewers, then I might be worried.

2.7/7 18-49 rating too.

The ratings drop was hardly a surprise, Marg's leaving episode could be considered a 'one-off' special and with Elisabeth Shue not stepping in until next week I wasn't expecting anything near the ratings for the last episode.

Next week should hopefully bring in some bigger numbers.
