    01. Walk this Way - Aerosmith
    02. Back in Black - ACDC
    03. Paradise City - Guns N Roses

I'd rather have rockin' music at my funeral then something sad. I mean, c'mon. Funerals are depressing enough what with all the black. Might as well have some good music to listen too...

    1) Sleeping Sun- Nightwish
    2) Death Whispered a Lullaby- Opeth (depressing but beautiful song in its own way ;) )
....bleh, cant think of another song for my funeral but I might want something catchy to get them happy for my death. :D Perhaps Black Sheep/San Sebastian Revisted by Sonata Artica. OR! Beauty and the Beast by Nightwish again. :D

1: Theme from Star Trek (the original series)
2: Theme from Star Trek: The Next Generation
3: I'm So Sexy by Right Said Fred

Just kidding on number 3. It would probably be
3: Theme from Star Trek: Deep Space 9

And if you see a pattern forming, I think you can guess what numbers 4 and 5 would be if we are allowed more.

    1. Dirrty- Christina Aguilera
    2. Follow You Home- Nickelback
    3. Pavlov's Bell- Aimee Mann

I'd love it for people to understand some of the things that I've thought about my whole life::

    1)Our Lives by The Calling

And what the theme song for me and my seven other cousins (we love this song to death)

    2)All Star by Smash Mouth

And then a song the tells people that it's okay that i'm gone and to just 'move along'.

3)Move Along by the All American Rejects

    1. No End In Sight - Katrina Elam
    2. Now we Are Free - Triniti
    3. Like a Prayer - Madonna

Or possibly You Decide by Fireflight. There's another song i'd probably choose that i don't know the name to, but it was played at my nan's funeral, and i think it's by John Denver.

Here's an older thread about funeral songs, if you want to read what others have previously posted.

Don't Fear the Reaper by Blue Oyster Cult
Tears in Heaven by Eric Clapton
Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley. I fell in love with that song after I heard it on Without A Trace.

I just thought of a couple more.

Miss You In A Heartbeat by Def Leppard
Should I Stay Or Should I Go? by The Clash
Every Rose Has It's Thorn and Fallen Angel both songs are by Poison

Can I ask what made you decide to start this thread.
