Who sang this song

I just watched episode 407, Jackpot, of CSI and was wondering who sang the song "Wild Horses" at the end of the episode. Appreciate the help.
 
I'll move this over to the music forum, and I'm sure someone there will be able to answer the question. :)
 
Are you sure it's that episode? I don't remember it being played then, it was in season 3 'Crash and Burn' when Sara and Hank break up and she is in the car with Catherine at the end? I have read that the version in 'Crash and Burn' is by 'The Sundays'.
