Who said it? las Vagas style

This is what happens when I get bored. I start things.

Here's how it works. I post a quote, and you have to tell me who says it. If I tell you you're right, you get to post the next quote, and so on. Bonus points if you give the episode. Similar to the 'Name the Episode' thread. I thought about including the episode title with the quote, but thought it would make it too easy. What do you think?
