Where's the answer to "Built to Kill: Part II"?

Hi there,
Anyone got the idea the answer to the murder of the rock star in Season 7, Ep 2? The next episode simply just "jump" to the "Toe Tags", and leaving this one seems unfinished. What happened?

I thnk they shoud get bacc
to it later in the season
or at least Ihope they do.
